Return and refund policy

At Pomegrove, our goal is to carefully pick and pack the finest apples for you. Because we deal with fresh and perishable fruits we don’t offer standard returns but we want to make things right if anything goes wrong.

How to let us know?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order providing details and evidence of your order.

damaged or rotten fruits

While we take utmost care in protecting your order, transit mishaps can happen. If your apples arrive damaged or rotten please let us know right away. We would be glad to arrange a replacement or refund.

incorrect items

If we accidently send you the wrong variety or missed any item from your order, notify us on receiving the order. We will quickly ship out correct order or adjust the difference.

Cancellation 

You can cancel your order for full refund anytime before it ships out from out facility. Once the order is out we don’t accept cancellation requests.

refund process

Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 3-5 days.
